Deliberately NOT company-scoped, so a DRAFT company's key reads the whole catalogue even though execute refuses all but four of it (spec 2026-09-23 SDK_FOUNDING §4.2). Scoping it would mean resolving a company here, which would make the Nanocorp-Company header required for every user caller of a listing that has never needed one. The interviewer never reads this anyway: its Bash guard allows two commands and nanocorp tool is not one of them.
