Load Transcript Entries

SessionStore.load: one page (or the full list) for (session, subpath), id order.

Omit limit for the unpaged full-list path, which is what a sandbox built before paging existed sends: it stays for the deploy window and is the same full read as before. Current sandboxes always send limit and follow next_after_id; a page is then bounded by that row count and, within it, by TRANSCRIPT_PAGE_MAX_BYTES of stored content.
