Up to 100 names, one credit each (none when the country is not covered), results in the order sent.

Use only the records of one gender. Matters for names that moved between genders: male Leslies are much older than female ones.

Country hint, as on the gender endpoints. Covered: US, FR, NO. Without any hint the US series is used.
