Get Ownership Conflicts Summary

Get summary of ownership rule conflicts for a specific user group.

This endpoint identifies conflicts on ownership rules for a given group and returns aggregated statistics about the conflicts.

Args: user_group_id: ID of the user group to check for conflicts start_date: Start date for filtering (optional) end_date: End date for filtering (optional)

Returns: OwnershipConflictSummaryResponse with conflict counts and amounts
