Fua Generate
Resolve FUA template placeholders against live database data.
Replacement for the legacy Flask FUA service. Queries FuaTemplates2 + TipoDecFua, resolves [Placeholder] markers with actual entity values, and returns the resolved field texts as JSON.
Body: tipodec: int — TipoDeclaracao.ID (declaration type) subject_array: list — [{table_name: str, subject_id: int}, ...]
Returns: {message: str, Placeholders: [{ID, Descricao, Texto}, ...]}
