Contract Dua Readiness
Per-entity DUA readiness for a sale contract.
Resolves the buyer (Contratos.Cliente), seller (the dealership's own client — NIF == PV NIPC), vehicle (Contratos.Viatura) and restitution PV (the user's PV) from the contract, and reports for each the hydrated data plus the required fields still empty. The contracts "Declarações" modal calls this to gate the DUA before generation.
Returns the buyer/seller/vehicle/pv blocks plus contract_error and seller_unresolved. company_id and pv_id come from the JWT.
