Update tracking number
Update a tracking number's configuration.
Updatable fields:
- source: Lead source label
- team_id: Team ID for call routing (required, cannot be null)
- idpointofsale: Point of sale ID (also syncs Z_MonthlyUsage billing)
- active: Enable/disable the number
