Admin Session Debug

Admin-only: return the full debug bundle for a session — same JSON the scripts/dump_session.py CLI produces. Use this when a user reports a failure: ask them for the session-id from the URL, then GET this endpoint and paste the JSON into a Claude Code conversation for diagnosis.
