Poll Job Events

Cursor-paginated event feed for a single agent turn.

Returns: { status: pending|processing|completed|failed, cursor: <last id seen, pass back as since>, events: [{id, type, payload, created_at}, ...], error: <only set on failed>, done: <true once the worker has finalised the job> }

Frontend should poll every 1-2s while done is false.
