Record a live stream from now

Starts capturing a live HLS or DASH stream from now into a flat, persistent .mp4 under …/ToolPiper/SavedStreams. Premium (Video Editing). Returns 202 with a rec_-prefixed job id; stop with POST /v1/media/record/{id}/stop and poll GET /v1/media/record/{id}.
