A conversation's latest run

Reports the conversation's latest run: live (running, waiting-approval) or ended (completed, failed, cancelled, interrupted). A live run lists the call ids still answerable over POST /v1/agent/approve, and lastEventId is a replay cursor for GET /v1/agent/stream. A conversation that is only on disk is answered from its record without being loaded (resident: false); a run it recorded as still running was cut off by a ToolPiper that stopped mid-turn and reports interrupted.
