List one location's files, canvases and websites — the app file browser's folder view.

The browser's own query (FolderService.get_folder_contents / get_root_contents): the same visibility rules (another user's private item or folder is invisible; cross-team and private folders are indistinguishable 404s; hidden system subtrees are blocked), interleaved newest-modified first with an id tiebreaker, offset-paginated with a true total across all three kinds. Each row's kind (file | canvas | website) says which endpoints its id addresses. Imported documents are not listed. root is every unfiled item you can see.

folder_idstring required

The location to list: a folder id (fld_...), or the literal root for unfiled items.

limitinteger

Max items per page. Defaults to 50, caps at 200.

offsetinteger

Items to skip — pass offset + limit to page through.

Calendar-dated API version pin. New integrations should pin 2026-05-01 to opt into the newest response shapes. For back-compat the server also accepts requests with no header and resolves them to the current default (today: 2026-04-12); that default advances on each sunset date. Any unsupported value returns 400 unsupported_version.
