OAuth 2.0 Device Authorization Request (RFC 8628)

Begins the device authorization grant for headless agents / CLIs that cannot perform an interactive redirect. Returns a device_code (the polled secret), a short human-typed user_code, and verification URIs. Public-client posture; the device_code itself is the proof-of-possession (PKCE is not required). The user approves at verification_uri; the client then polls /oauth/token with grant_type=urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:device_code.
