Invite Message Template
Edit an invite message template (admin-only, inserts a new version).
Edits a template's name/body. Append-only: this INSERTS a new row (version = old.version + 1) rather than mutating the row named by id, so an already-sent invite referencing the old row's id keeps rendering the wording it was sent with. At least one of name/body must be provided. Admin-only (mnemom_staff). 404 if id doesn't exist. MNE-7094.
