Invite Message Template

Delete one invite message template version (admin-only).

Deletes exactly the row named by id (one specific version). product_invite.message_template_id is ON DELETE SET NULL, so deleting a template an already-sent invite references never fails — it just loses the FK link. Admin-only (mnemom_staff). 404 if id doesn't exist. MNE-7094.
