Get Merkle root

Get the current Merkle tree root for an agent. The root is a SHA-256 hash that commits to the complete set of integrity checkpoints for this agent. Requires membership of the agent's org (any role); an unknown agent and an agent outside the caller's orgs both return the same 404. Third parties verify an agent through the public GET /reputation/{agent_id}/verify attestation instead.
