Create Portal Session
Open the Stripe Billing Portal (payment method, invoices, cancellation).
The portal configuration has plan switching DISABLED on purpose: plan changes go through change-plan so set_plan keeps a single set of writers and our record of the plan cannot silently diverge from Stripe's.
