Create Segment List

Creates a new subscriber segment list within the account. This list can be initialized as an empty segment container for adding subscribers later, or populated immediately by passing a 'segmentUrl' obtained from the Upload Segment Subscriber File API.

An optional summary providing organizational context or details about the segment list audience.

segmentUrlstring nullable

An optional file URL obtained from the Segment File Upload API to automatically populate the list with subscribers upon creation. If omitted, an empty segment list is created.
