Upload Segment Subscriber File
Changed onUploads a CSV file containing subscriber details to the server. Upon successful upload, the endpoint returns a hosted file URL ('fileurl') inside the response payload, which can then be passed to the Create Segment List endpoint to automatically populate a new list.
