Crea un atajo (respuesta rápida)

El shortcut va sin la / y es único dentro del workspace sin distinguir mayúsculas: repetirlo responde 400. Crear un atajo no le escribe a nadie — es configuración del workspace que recién sale cuando un operador la inserta.

Mensaje a insertar. Admite {{contact.X}} y {{workspace.X}}, que se guardan tal cual y se reemplazan en el momento de insertarlo en el chat.

shortcutstring required

Nombre corto del atajo, sin la "/". Único en el workspace sin distinguir mayúsculas.
