Lista los atajos (respuestas rápidas) del workspace
Los atajos son textos guardados que un operador inserta de un golpe en el chat. Vienen ordenados por shortcut ascendente y topeados a 200, que es el máximo que un workspace puede tener.
El message viaja sin interpolar: los tokens {{contact.X}} se resuelven en el momento de insertarlo, no acá.
