Contacts

Configura el autopiloto del contacto (explícito con enabled, alterna si se omite)

Devuelve el contacto actualizado: el estado resultante se lee en data.$autopilot_enabled. Apagarlo emite el evento saliente conversation.handoff; prenderlo descarta cualquier pausa temporal vigente.
