POST /api/exploration/thread/{thread-id}/restart

Re-run one exploration thread in place, keeping its selections: drops the thread's materialized queries and clears the terminal-state gates so the background planner re-claims it. Returns the parent exploration. Only a terminal thread (completed, failed, or canceled) can restart; while planning, execution, or analysis is still in flight this returns a 409 — cancel the thread first, then restart.

No :event/exploration-update is published: nothing on the Exploration row changes, so there is no revision to record (the revision push skips unchanged objects).
