Explorations the current user created or edited, most-recently-touched first, paginated.

"Touched" composes the user's own edits to the exploration, to its Summary document, and its creation — see [[metabase.explorations.db/my-explorations]]. Explorations that were moved into a collection the user can no longer read are excluded, as are archived ones. Returns the collection-items envelope: {:total :limit :offset :data}.
