GET /api/ee/dependencies/counts

Returns the total of the /graph/breaking and /graph/unreferenced lists in one request.

Accepts each list's types, card-types, and include-personal-collections params, prefixed with the list's name (e.g. breaking-types, unreferenced-include-personal-collections). Omitted params use the list's defaults.
