Handle inbound SMS/WhatsApp messages from Twilio.

Twilio sends form-encoded POST with fields like:

  • From: sender phone (e.g. +15551234567 or whatsapp:+15551234567)
  • To: our phone number
  • Body: message text
  • MessageSid: unique Twilio message ID
  • NumMedia: number of media attachments
  • MediaUrl0..N: media URLs
