Handle Sendgrid Inbound
Handle inbound emails via SendGrid Inbound Parse.
With send_raw=true, the full MIME message arrives in the email form field. With send_raw=false, SendGrid pre-parses it into text, html, headers, etc. We handle both by preferring the raw email when present.
