List every visible edition of an image's chart series
Editions of one chart republished over time (e.g. the same indicator's yearly release) share a series_key (spec 2026-09-25 chart sources §4). Works from ANY member of the series, not just the earliest — the id in the path only anchors which series to look up. 404 when the image is not visible (never 403), has no stored chart-metadata row, or that row has no series_key (not part of a series).

Safe by default: 'safe' (the default) excludes editions classified controversial; 'all' includes them, each carrying controversial: true. Case-insensitive; any other value is 400 INVALID_CONTENT.
Response
Every visible edition, newest first (proven period end, else release date, else snapshot date).
