현재 로그인한 사용자의 기본 정보(이메일/닉네임/OAuth 제공자)와 사용량(쿼터) 정보를 반환합니다.
- 인증 필요 (Bearer JWT)
- userId는 토큰(subject) 기반으로 서버에서 결정
