내 결제 권한 조회

현재 로그인한 사용자의 활성 결제 권한과 프론트 기능 플래그를 반환합니다.

  • 인증 필요 (Bearer JWT)
  • userId는 토큰(subject) 기반으로 서버에서 결정
  • 광고 제거 적용 여부는 features.adRemoved 값으로 판단
