Forecast

Start an empty forecast from today's posted books cash

Creates a model using only today's posted GL cash, the calendar boundary (actuals through the last completed month), and functional currency. No closed accounting period is required (#2652). It does not create revenue, headcount, opex, or scenario assumptions.
