Review a revenue baseline derived from posted books

Returns a read-only proposal based on the latest one to three consecutive completed calendar months. The arithmetic average includes zero months and does not infer recurrence, growth, customers, or pricing. This endpoint performs no forecast mutation and fails closed without one legal entity and one reconciled functional-currency authority.
