Lists x402 payment attempts (inbound verify/settle and outbound payments), newest first, with their settlement result.

Coarse side filter: buy = outbound payments, sell = inbound (verify + settle). A direction wins.

Filter by CAIP-2 chain id

filterNeedsManualAction'true' | 'false'

When true, only returns attempts that require manual reconciliation: a settle that failed, threw, or was interrupted without recording its outcome (a stale Verified marker, or a stale Settled attempt missing its settlement record). Overrides the status filter.
