Data coverage

Per-office coverage: whether each register is served from our own store (local), queried from the office on request (realtime), or both, plus a coarse size band and the date the figures were computed. Public, no auth required — read it before integrating to decide which offices you can depend on being fast, and at runtime to route around a realtime office being slow or unavailable. Sizes are bands rather than exact counts.
