Retrieve account

Retrieve the current account profile for the authenticated user.

Use this endpoint to load account data in settings pages and to refresh client state after any account update.

This endpoint returns the canonical server-side view of account fields such as username, email, phone number, profile text, avatar, and cover image metadata where available.
