Get pending changes for a project

    This endpoint fetches pending changes for a project including:
    - Non-sync items
    - Pending data update items
    - Pending pipeline changes
    - Files and datasets waiting for a person (unstructured rows, ambiguous dates,
      passwords, sheet selection, schema mismatch)
get/workspaces/{workspace_id}/projects/{project_id}/pending-changes
