Update a project

Apply patches in order. replace name renames the project and replace properties changes only the property fields sent; both need project update rights. add/remove agent_memory (value: the text, or the index to remove) edit the caller's own saved agent preferences and are open to any project member. The whole batch is authorized before any patch is applied.
