Save a dashboard as a workspace template

Save an existing v3 dashboard as a reusable, workspace-scoped template (save-your-own). The output must re-resolve its OWN dataset at grade 'great' — the SAME self-fit gate curated entries pass — or the save is rejected with a 422 the FE shows verbatim (a dashboard whose roles cannot round-trip its own data is not a usable template). The saved row is tagged source='user', scoped to the workspace and owned by the caller; it lists/fits/applies through the same code paths as curated entries but is NOT added to the curated cross-workspace read allowlist (it keeps normal workspace ACL). Auth: v3 workspace gate + author/editor of the source dashboard + the dashboard's dataview ACL. Returns the saved template's detail payload (card + self-fit recipe + explore).
