Dashboard v3 Surfaces

The curated template catalog, unauthenticated

The curated gallery as an anonymous payload — the JSON behind the public template pages. Curated and live only (a user-saved template's sample is its owner's real data and is never served here), and carrying no internal ids: a logged-out reader can neither apply nor fit, so dashboard_id / owner_id never cross the wire. Each card carries the two assets that are ALREADY anonymous today — the baked og-card (thumbnail_ref) and the published url-token viewer (viewer_url) — plus taxonomy labels and copy. Optional function / industry narrow it; an unrecognised value serves nothing rather than the whole catalog. Facet lists are built from the served rows and carry counts.
