Facts for the agent home's briefing (failed exports, datasets updated since since with the rows they hold, dashboards built or edited since, alerts that fired since, the biggest data gap), each kind capped; the frontend words them. since defaults to a day ago and goes back 30 days at most; project_id limits the facts to one project.
