Track Share View

Increment the view count for a shared project.

Called by the frontend once per browser session to track views. Separated from the GET endpoint to avoid double-counting from React StrictMode's double-mount cycle.

Args: share: Validated ProjectShare from token share_service: ProjectShareService for view count operations

Returns: Success confirmation
