Get Shared Chat Archive Content

One archive's bodies for a shared project, under the share prose restriction.

Answers like the owner endpoint on the failure edges (404 for an archive the shared chat does not hold, 422 for a corrupt blob) so the client's archive row states need no share-specific branch.
