Abandon Reload

Close a bundle purchase the customer returned from without paying.

Stripe sends them here through the Checkout session's cancel link. The purchase holds the workspace's one in-flight slot, so without this the next click is refused until the session expires.

Never an error: a purchase that was in fact paid, already closed, or belongs to nobody answers released: false and leaves the attempt to the events that own it. The caller is a page load, and there is nothing for the customer to do about any of those.
