What the workspace's Stripe customer still owes, if anything.

A paid workspace with no card is asked for one: staff conversion puts a workspace on the plan without Stripe, and until a card is added every purchase it is offered refuses. A workspace that has a card but no address is asked for the address instead — it paid before checkout required one. Nothing is refused while the address is missing.
