Token liquidity map (per-venue pools)

Per-venue liquidity map — every DEX pool the token trades in (pump.fun / PumpSwap / Raydium / Meteora / Orca), which pools are live vs parked, and how fragmented its liquidity is across venues. Each pool carries its dex, quote_mint, liquidity_usd, last_price_sol, last_swap_at, amm_id, and an is_active flag; the summary rolls up pool_count / active_pool_count / dex_count, the primary_pool + primary_dex, and top_pool_share_pct (how concentrated liquidity is in the single deepest pool). Complements GET /token/{mint}, which returns only a single aggregate liquidity number. PRO+.
