Include-scoped token intelligence (PRO+)

Include-scoped token intelligence for terminals: name the panels you need with include (comma-separated, no default). Each module is the existing keyed endpoint run in process with your plan, returned with its own status (ready | partial_history | unverified | unavailable | timeout), as_of, provenance and history coverage. One module failing never fails or zeroes another. Trade-derived modules are partial_history unless the source proves a complete interval. There is no global readiness claim.
