Opt in (TR-03) to launches_24h: distinct launches observed in OUR index (deployer_tokens + pending_deploys) over a UTC rolling 24 h window. Indexed observations only, not a chain-complete count; count is null (never 0) when the source is unavailable, incomplete or over budget. Any value other than true/false is a 400 (invalid_include_launches_24h).
