Deployer daily reputation time-series

A deployer's daily reputation snapshots — tier, tracked flag, cumulative deploy/bond counts, bonding & recent-bond rates, and peak-MC stats as they stood on each date. Lets you backtest "was this deployer elite AT THE TIME it launched token X?" without look-ahead bias, since every snapshot reflects only what was known that day. Returns is_deployer: false with an empty snapshots array for untracked wallets. PRO+.
