Search TestRail cases behind an integration

One page of cases in the integration's project, scoped to its configured suite (or the requested suite when none is configured). A query that looks like a case id (digits, optionally prefixed with C) resolves that case and returns it only if it lies inside the same scope; any other query filters titles. Results are read live from TestRail; nothing is cached.
