Public keys that sign receipts

Ed25519 public keys (JWK) for the signature block on trust responses. Verify signature.statement in canonical JSON with the key whose kid matches, and check it names the business you asked about (market, and licence or domain). statement_schema names the statement version. Empty when no signing key is bound.
